Police: Boy Charged with Theft

Police arrested a 14-year-old boy Monday, after a witness identified him as the person who stole a bicycle from a Pikesville home.
On Thursday, an eye witness told police that the teenager had taken the BMX bike from the owner's driveway in the 800 block of Milford Mill Road. According to police, the teen was finally identified Monday.
