Police: Baltimore Man Caught with Burglary Tools

Police arrested a 51-year-old Baltimore man following an alleged burglary in Randallstown.

Frederick Murray of the 3600-block of Reisterstown Road was charged with burglary April 8 after he was caught allegedly breaking into Personal Touch Car Care in Randallstown, according to a police report.

At 1:20 p.m. police chased and arrested Murray after he was spotted trying to get into a vehicle parking lot at 8505 Liberty Road, the report states.

"He was found to be in possession of burglar tools," according to the report.

Murray faces fourth-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools for motor vehicles, rogue and vagabond charges.

According to court records, as of April 9 he was in the Baltimore County Detention Center.
