Police Arrest 3 After Boy Reports Assault, Robbery

One adult, two juveniles are arrested.

Charles Henry Johnson, 18, of Baltimore, was arrested May 8 and charged with robbery, theft and second-degree assault.

The charges stem from an incident in Randallstown earlier that afternoon.

At 2:30 p.m., a boy told police that several people assaulted him at Scotts Level Road and Autrim Lane in Randallstown. He also said his cell phone was stolen, according to a report by Baltimore County police.

Police identified the suspects driving a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt along Milford Mill Road and Washington Avenue in Milford Mill.

The youth's cell phone was returned to him. Police would not provide the age of the victim.

Johnson was arrested and charged with the assault and theft, along with two juveniles.

Johnson, a resident of the 2400 block of Harlem Avenue, was released May 9 from the Baltimore County Detention Center on $50,000 bond, according to court records.
