Pikesville VFC Responds to Owings Mills Fire

firefighters worked to help put out a fire at an Owings Mills house Sunday afternoon, said Michael Schwartzberg, fire company spokesman.

The fire could have started on the porch of the home in the Caves Valley Golf Club Community, before it took hold in the house, the article states. The fire was under control at 3:30 p.m., after two hours of work, and was still under investigation at 4 p.m.

The house, at 3125 Blendon Road, "serves as the headquarters for The Elizabeth Flick Charitable Foundation, a private, non-profit organization founded in the early 1980s," the article states.
