Pikesville Precinct Helps Nab Suspects in Store Shooting

Baltimore County police said they arrested three suspects in connection with the shooting of a 7-Eleven clerk and armed robbery last week in Randallstown.

The suspects, all identified as men from Baltimore City, were arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder and felony firearms charges, police said.

One suspect, Yalmi Shiheed, 21, of the 1600 block of Bakbury Ct., also faces an armed robbery charge, according to police.

The other two suspects were identified by police as Darron Summers, 20, of the 1500 block of Stricker St., and Ralph Falcon, 20, of the 1700 block of Presstman St.

According to police, at 1:13 a.m. Feb. 29, a store clerk was shot during a robbery at the 7-Eleven store at 9856 Liberty Road, and the suspects drove away.

"Officer Zach Small of the Pikesville precinct spotted the suspects' vehicle on Liberty Road at Benbrook Drive," according to a report by Lt. William Lally. Officers tried to stop the vehicle, but the suspects drove away.

Baltimore County police helicopter Air 2 helped police follow the vehicle into Baltimore City, where the suspects were stopped and arrested, authorities said.

According to court records, Shiheed, Summers and Falcon are in the Baltimore County Detention Center in Towson, awaiting their preliminary hearing at 8:30 a.m. March 30 in District Court.

Information on the victim's condition was not available.
