Pikesville Crime: Sports Clips Cash Stolen, Vehicles Burgled

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

A blue bag of cash was stolen Wednesday from Sports Clips in downtown Pikesville.

Between 8:30 p.m. Tuesday and 6:30 a.m. Wednesday a burglar came into the business, got the bag of cash out of the safe and left with it.

There were no signs of entry into the business or into the safe where the money was kept, according to a police report.

Pikesville

Stevenson Road. 7900 block. Between 4 p.m. Monday and 4 a.m. Tuesday. A burglar went into a black Audi and moved things from inside the glove compartment, but nothing was taken. The owner had all the keys, and said the vehicle had been secured.

Stevenson Road. 7900 block. Between 4 p.m. Tuesday and 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. A burglar went into a gold Honda Pilot and rummaged through it. Nothing was taken, however. The vehicle was not locked.

Milford Mill

Liberty Place. Unit block. Between 8 p.m. Sept. 20 and 6 p.m. Monday. A man cleaning his own apartment noticed that, while he was away, his watch and money went missing. There were no signs of forced entry, and none of the victim's keys are missing.
