Pikesville Crime: Robber Pistol Whips Man's Face

Owings Mills

Championship Court, unit block. Between 7 p.m. Jan. 21 and 10:30 a.m. Jan. 22. Residents reported that their unlocked vehicle had been ransacked, and Verizon and DirectTV bills were stolen.

Broadview Road, 6700 block. Between 4:30 p.m. Jan. 23 and 8:15 a.m. Jan. 24. Beazer Homes of Columbia reported that a heating system was missing from an unsecured home that is under construction.

Barton Oaks Road, 3500 block. Between 7:30 a.m. Jan. 23 and 10:30 a.m. A resident left the garage door open to her home. She reported that a Raleigh bicycle and Ralph Lauren sunglasses were missing, and her vehicles had been ransacked.

Marnat and Sanzo roads. At 10:35 p.m. Jan. 21. Two men forced a third man to the ground. One showed a handgun while the other stole a cell phone, iPod and a wallet with $15 inside.

Dreher Avenue, Unit block. Between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Jan. 19. A glass basement door was shattered and two men's watches were reported missing.

Randallstown

McDonogh Road and Winands Road. Between 12:40 a.m. and 12:45 a.m. Jan. 25. A robber hit a man's face with a black revolver, and along with another robber, made the victim lie on the ground. They fled toward Painters Mill Road with a cell phone, a watch, a wallet and a backpack that contained a laptop, books, earbuds and a notebook.

Windsor Mill

Liberty Road, 8200 block. At 1:15 a.m. Jan. 25. A man came into the backseat of a car, pointed a knife at the 73-year-old driver, at some point causing a cut on the driver's head. The robber demanded everything in the victim's pockets and fled with the driver's wallet, Social Security card and driver's license.

Liberty Road, 8300 block. At 6:45 p.m. Jan. 20. A man grabbed a woman's purse from her shoulder, forced it away from her, then fled northbound. The purse held $40, a Social Security card and a health insurance card.

Woodlawn

Korado Court, unit block. Between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Jan. 20. A resident reported that a laptop computer, a TV, a video gaming system and DVDs were missing.
