Pikesville Precinct Crime: Thief Steals from Unlocked Truck

A burglar stole power tools from an unlocked work truck in Pikesville.
The truck was parked in the driveway of a home in the 6800 block of Brookmill Road between 2 p.m. Dec. 20 and 9 a.m. Dec. 23, when the tools went missing, the report states.
An employee of Park Heights Roofing in Baltimore reported that two Stihl blowers and a bush trimmer, a DeWalt battery-powered saw and a drill, four Hitachi nail guns and a saw blade were among the items stolen.

Gwynn Oak
Campfield Road. 7200 block. Between 6:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Dec. 21. A burglar came into a home through a rear, basement window and stole a laptop computer.

Dutch Mill Road. 4100 block. Between 2:45-5:30 p.m. Dec. 16. A driver left his iPad, owned by Towson University, on the hood of a vehicle parked in his driveway, but it was missing when he returned home.
Windsor Mill
Church Lane. 8300 block. Between 7:30-9:40 p.m. Dec. 20. A burglar tried to pry the front door with an unknown tool. The front door, valued at $800, was destroyed.
