Pikesville Crime: Burglars Steal Food, Drinks, Designer Purses

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases were a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Pikesville

Warren Park Drive. Unit block. Between 4 a.m. June 29 and 10:45 p.m. Sunday. A bedroom window screen was damaged and three Louis Vuitton purses, one wallet and a Wii gaming system were reported missing.

Sugarloaf Court. Unit block. Between 10 p.m. and 11:40 p.m. Saturday. A rear apartment window was shattered with a concrete slab. The master bedroom and second-story bedroom had were, and items were reported missing. Those items include: a $700 Trek mountain bike; a $100 safe and papers inside; a $20 purple jewelry box and 32 pairs of earrings valued at $160. The burglar left through the sliding-glass door.

Caerleon Court. Unit block. 5:15-5:40 p.m. Friday. A burglar came into the garage and took a cell phone valued at $600.

Dunhill Village Circle. 7900 block. 3:25 p.m. Thursday. A man physically assaulted another man, taking the victim's hat and Maryland identification card. At the scene, police found the hat but not the ID.

Old Court Road. 4300 block. Between 8:30 p.m. June 28 and 4:13 p.m. July 1. A resident reported that an RCA radio, a John Deere tractor and a Mongoose bicycle were missing. This is the second burglary report taken at the location, the report states.

Kings Crown Road. 8200 block. Between 12:03 a.m. and 1:08 a.m. July 1. Two burglars came into a home through the rear, sliding-glass door without permission. It's not yet known whether anything was taken.

Milford Mill

Dunhill Village Circle. 7900 block. 10 p.m. Thursday. A burglar kicked in the door to an apartment, took food and ran. The food was recovered.

Old Milford Mill Road. 3600 block. Between 10 p.m. June 29 and 10:30 a.m. July 2. An apartment resident reported electronics missing. Among them were four video gaming systems, a Sony digital camera, two 42-inch LCD TVs, a desktop computer, a laptop computer and a printer. There was no sign of forced entry.

Liberty Road. 7401. Between 3 p.m. June 30 and 8:30 a.m. July 1. A burglar threw two rocks through the front window of the Purpuseria restaurant and took a cash register, cash and 11 miscelaneous drinks valued at $16.50.

Randallstown

Panacea Court. Unit block. Between 7 p.m. July 1 and 9:30 a.m. July 2. A burglar kicked in the door of a home, but no one got in because there were dogs inside. There was $100 damage done to the door frame.

Old Court Road. 5000 block. Between 7:40 a.m. and 7:40 a.m. July 1. A man holding a silver folding knife reportedly chased another man and left in a 2008 Mercedes Benz with Maryland plates.
