Owings Chase Resident Charged in Stabbing Man 9 Times

A Milford Mill man is being held in the Baltimore County Detention Center, charged with first-degree murder and other charges related to an Aug. 22 stabbing in Randallstown.
Terron Armenius Moore, 29, was arrested Aug. 23, the day after a 23-year-old man was found stabbed nine times in the Owings Chase apartment complex, near Moore's residence, according to a report by Baltimore County police.
Moore's preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 20, according to court records. He is a resident of the 8000 block of Mollye Road, in the Owings Chase apartment complex.
According to the report, on Aug. 22, officers responded to that same block for a call of unknown trouble.
They found the victim, a 23-year-old Randallstown man, lying next to a vehicle, stabbed nine times, it states. He was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma where he "underwent surgery for his extensive injuries."
Moore, 29, was named a suspect shortly afterward and arrested by the Baltimore County police Precinct 4 Investigative Services Team, it states.
Moore also faces a first-degree assault charge, and using a dangerous weapon with intent to injure, court records state.
