Milford Mill Man Shot, Killed in Randallstown

Willie Cedric Jackson, 19, of Milford Mill, died early Tuesday morning after suffering gunshot wounds at 4000 Winlee Road in Randallstown, Baltimore County police said.

At 11:47 p.m. Monday, Woodlawn Police/Precinct 2, responded to a call of shots fired, said spokesman Lt. Robert McCullough.

"When they got to the area of 4000 Winlee Road, they found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds," McCullough said.

Jackson was taken to Northwest Hospital in Randallstown "where he was pronounced deceased at 12:35 a.m.," McCullough said.

Jackson, who was born in June 1991, resided in the unit block of Heatherton Court in the Milford Mill area of Woodlawn, McCullough said.
