Baltimore County police say William Hawkins, 26, is charged with assault and handgun violations after he allegedly pulled a gun when another man asked him to pay for an alleged sexual act.

An employee of the Maryland Department of Corrections was arrested Saturday on charges of assault and handgun violations.

The man followed Hawkins to his vehicle—described as a white SUV with K-9 on both rear windows—where Hawkins allegedly "pulled out a handgun," and pointed it at the 19-year old, the report states.

Hawkins allegedly ordered the man to go into the house and get a cell phone he had mistakenly left. The teen got it, and Hawkins left, it states.

Hawkins was arrested April 30, charged with first-degree assault, use of a handgun during a crime, and having a handgun on his person, the release states. He was released on $75,000 bail.
