Man Wanted in Connection with Pikesville Stabbing Turns Self in to Police
WBALTV: Police Say 22-year-old Cedric Seay attacked a man early Saturday near the intersection of Seven Mile and Reisterstown roads.
According to a story by WBAL TV, police say Kedric Saey, 22, jumped out of the bushes Saturday and attacked a man at the corner of Seven Mile Lane and Reisterstown Road in Pikesville.
He later turned himself in to police.
