Man Charged in Ladder Theft, Stalking Incidents

Police arrested Shawn Devonn Stewart of Baltimore after they charged him with fourth-degree burglary of a $300 ladder, and other charges.

Between midnight and 12:25 a.m. Thursday, the owner of the frame ladder told police that Stewart allegedly came onto his property in the 3700 block of Old Milford Mill Road and stole the ladder from the top of his vehicle.

police caught up with Stewart, who resides in the 800 block of N. Woodington Road, a report states.

UPDATE: According to another report Thursday, Stewart was arrested at about 12:25 a.m. Thursday after he tried to look into a rear bedroom window and possibly gain entry.

That incident was reported at another location in the 3700 block of Old Milford Mill Road. Police caught him as he was trying to leave.
