The responded to the following lightning strikes during the thunderstorm Monday night, according to its website.

Pikesville

  • Hambleton Court. At about 9 p.m. Odor reported after lightning struck near a house.

Woodlawn

  • 2600 block of Larchmont Drive. 9 p.m. The back of the house was struck by lightning. Firefighters extinguished a fire in the basement.
  • Forest Garden Avenue, Woodlawn. Lightning strike and odor of burning reported.
