I-695 Memorial Develops for Baltimore Man

Baltimore resident Jason Sukan Park died Feb. 22 after his car collided with a tractor trailer on the inner loop, between Park Heights and Greenspring Avenue.

During the past two weeks, a memorial arrangement of flowers and ribbons has been created on the hillside in memory of Baltimore resident Jason Sukan Park.

"From Your Loving Family," a red ribbon on a flower basket states, set up below dozens of other bouquets that are fanned out above a wide breakdown lane, near where Park died in a collision.

It was 12:32 a.m. Feb. 22 when the Honda Accord Park was driving "veered out of its lane of travel," and struck a tractor trailer, according to a news release from Maryland State Police.
