CRIME LOG: Man Charged with First-Degree Assault, Strangulation

Baltimore County Police Precinct 4/Pikesville recorded the following incidents. The precinct is located at 215 Milford Mill Road, Pikesville.

Pikesville

Silver Creek Road, 700 block, at 6:25 a.m. April 3. Police arrested Thomas Tyrone Ferebee, 30, of the same address, on charges of first-degree assault. Allegedly, Ferebee arrived home intoxicated, would not let his wife leave and allegedly placed both hands around her throat and began to strangle her, police said. His wife declined medical treatment. 

Valley Terrace, 3600 block, between 3:30 and 3:44 p.m. March 31. Someone was seen leaving a vacant apartment. There was no sign of forced entry. The suspected burglar is described as 6-foot-1-inch black man, around 25 years old, who weighs approximately 175 pounds. He has shoulder-length dreadlocks, and wore a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

Crisford Place, 7900 block, sometime between 10:55 and 10:59 a.m. March 30. Someone took off a screen to an unlocked window, went inside the apartment and took an XBox and 12 games.

Reisterstown Road, 1800 block, sometime from 5 p.m. March 23 to 8:30 a.m. March 25. Someone stole two ladders that belonged to an Ohio construction company. The ladders had been chained to a storage container.

Milford Mill

Willow Glen Drive, 2400 block, sometime between 9 a.m. March 30 and 9:15 a.m. March 31. Someone forced open the front door and, once inside,took copper piping.
