UPDATE (5 p.m. March 15)—Beginning at about 10:59 a.m. this morning, traffic was stopped in both directions on I-695, due to a hay truck fire.

About 40 people and 16 pieces of equipment were used to extinguish the blaze, Robinson said at the scene.
