Burglars Smash Glass, Cut Screen To Get Inside
The following information was provided by the Baltimore County Police Department's Pikesville Precinct. Charges do not indicate convictions.
A burglar smashed a glass door at the AT&T store in Garrison to get in and steal merchandise.
At 3:07 a.m. Thursday, the burglar got into the business at 9400 Reisterstown Road, and left some of the merchandise on the floor, according to a report by the Baltimore County Police Department.
The suspect likely ran north on Reisterstown Road, it states.
Lochearn
Patterson Avenue. 3700 block. Between 10:35 a.m. and 10:39 a.m. Aug. 9. Someone knocked on the front door, but the resident asked him to leave. Then the suspect went to the back of the home, busted out a door window then ran. A push mower was missing. The suspect is described as a black man age 30-40 who is about 5-foot-9.
Villa Nova Road. 3700 block. Between 7:15 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. Aug. 5. A burglar cut through a screen in order to open the window to a home. Once inside, coins were stolen from the front room.
Patterson Avenue. 3700 block. Between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. Aug. 5. A burglar came into a home through an unlocked side window, and stole a bag, cell phone, computer, five pieces of electronic equipment and two keys. Two vehicles were stolen, but were recovered.
Milford Mill
Dunhill Village Circle. 7900 block. Between 3 p.m. Aug. 3 and 10 a.m. Aug. 6. A burglar came into a storage unit at an apartment complex and stole two large, gray-and-black suitcases.
Liberty Road. 8115. Amity Tax Service. Between 2:30 p.m. Aug. 4 and noon Aug. 5. A burglar came into the parking lot overnight and stole two vending machines from in front of the building.
Pikesville
Copper Ridge Drive. 6600 block. Between 12:30 p.m. Aug. 3 and 7 a.m. Aug. 4. A burglar came into a home and stole two portable computers.
Reisterstown Road. 600 block. At MB Systems. Between 5 p.m. Aug. 2 and 9 a.m. Aug. 4. A burglar forced open a door and stole four computers and a computer accessory.
