Brighton Holds National Night Out Event

Residents of Brighton Ridge and Fairmont in Milford Mill had a cookout and music during their National Night Out event Tuesday.

McGruff the Crime Dog and a young resident of Brighton held an impromptu dance-off Tuesday during the community's National Night Out event.

As music by a deejay sounded, McGruff—also known as Officer Will Folk of the The Baltimore County Police Department's took turns with Jordan Payne dancing to R&B.

McGruff gave up the competition when Jordan completed some complex moves, including jumping, that McGruff didn't try to top.

Residents were treated to a large table of picnic food, and a large grill filled with sizzling hamburgers and hot dogs, all for the community's National Night Out event.

Members of the precinct's Community Outreach Team, led by Sgt. Vickie Warehime, visited each of the nine events held throughout the precinct, from Pikesville to Randallstown.

County Executive Kevin Kamenetz and Johnson visited several National Night Out events throughout the community, including one in the Pikesville Precinct: The Valleybrook Improvement Association's event in Randallstown.
