Baltimore County Police to Hold Promotion Ceremony
Two members of the department will be assigned to the Pikesville Precinct following their promotions, and two to the Woodlawn Precinct.
The Baltimore County Police Department will hold a promotion ceremony at 10 a.m. June 5, at the Dundalk campus of The Community College of Baltimore County.
Police Chief James Johnson is scheduled to present certificates to the department members being promoted, according to a statement. The oath of office will be administered by Clerk of the Circuit Court Julie Ensor, and the invocation and benediction will be offered by the Rev. Paul Palazzi, police chaplain.
The following will be assigned to the Pikesville precinct:

- Officer Joseph W. Robinson, who is promoted to the rank of corporal
- Officer Leonard C. Schroeder, who is promoted to the rank of corporal
The following will be assigned to the Woodlawn Precinct:
- Sergeant Kenneth J. Busic who is promoted to the rank of lieutenant
- Corporal Michael R. Keller, who is promoted to the rank of sergeant
