Pikesville High Students perform with Baltimore County Honors Band and Orchestra

Three PHS students perform with Baltimore County Honors Band and Orchestra

      Three Pikesville High School students participated in the annual Baltimore County Public Schools Honors Concert at Morgan State University on Monday, November 12, 2012. Students were selected through a rigorous audition process.

       Congratulations to Elizabeth Lavin (oboe), A.J. Layton (bass clarinet) who performed with the band, conducted by Dr. Robert Carnochan, associate professor at The University of Texas at Austin, and to Lacey Janofsky (violin) who performed with the orchestra, conducted by Jeri Lynne Johnson, music director of the Black Pearl Chamber Orchestra.
