Reader Report: McDonogh Road Icy, Dangerous, Friday Morning
Pikesville Patch reader and blogger Cheryl Wapner Cohen reports treacherous conditions there.
If you're heading out and driving Friday morning, it might be a good idea to avoid McDonogh Road.
Although there's only about 1 inch of snow, it's icy there, cars have been abandoned alongside the road, and there are several accidents, said Pikesville resident Cheryl Wapner Cohen.
"Cars are bumber-to-bumper," the longtime Pikesville resident said. "I've never seen it that bad."

According to a Baltimore County Police Department officer, there have been numerous accidents in that area, up to 30. Salt trucks were requested this morning to make a second pass in the area.
That includes McDonough, Reisterstown and Stevenson roads.
