Includes LifeSpan online Fitness Club membership ($69.99 value) which allows you to track exercise & health, create workouts, build teams, & review progress. Syncs treadmill with computer by uploading exercise results to your account. Housed indoors in Pomona apartment/1 flight of stairs with no curves. Can offer some help downstairs.
