Park School Athletics and The Park Parents' Association present an evening with Dr. Robert Cantu and Mark Hyman on Wednesday, November 14, from 7:30 to 9:00 pm in the school’s Athletic Center. Dr. Cantu, a neurosurgeon, is America's leading expert on athletic brain trauma. Mark Hyman is a sports journalist and author (The Most Expensive Game in Town; Until It Hurts) who teaches in the sports management program at the George Washington University. Together, they will discuss their new book, Concussions and Our Kids (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, September 18, 2012).
All are welcome. The event is free and open to the public. Doors open at 7 pm. Concussions and Our Kids will be available for purchase immediately following the
presentation.
