New Retailer Opens in Pikesville

Schwaber Holdings, a Baltimore-based commercial and real estate investment management company, announced today that Sherwin Williams has opened as the first tenant in the newly redeveloped Pikes Village Shopping Center, located at the corner of Sherwood Avenue and Reisterstown Road in the heart of Pikesville.  Sherwin Williams is a global leader in the manufacture, development, distribution, and sale of coatings and related products and will feature a full selection of these supplies in the new 4,100 square foot Pikes Village store that was retrofitted specifically for their use.

“Sherwin Williams is a dominant retailer that has a long-standing track record of serving its communities. They offer a large selection of paints and supplies, as well as a knowledgeable staff who can advise professionals and DIYers alike,” said Mark Renbaum, CEO of Schwaber Holdings.  “We are excited to have Sherwin Williams as the first tenant in our newly redeveloped Pikes Village Center, which promises to add to the renaissance of downtown Pikesville.”

Pikes Village is located at the site of the former Suburban House Restaurant and is a village destination with retail, dining and service businesses. Located next to the recently opened Pikes Movie Theater, Pikes Village offers ample on-site parking adjacent to Sherwin Williams.
