Corbi Named Vice President of Operations at Northwest Hospital

Randallstown, Md. – Northwest Hospital has appointed Kelly Corbi as its new vice president of Operations. Corbi will oversee the operation of several departments at the hospital, including surgical services, central processing, cardiopulmonary services, imaging, wound care, hyberbaric and oxygen therapy, sleep medicine and LifeBridge Anesthesia Associates, LLC. Northwest’s hospitalists, intensivists and physician assistants also report to her.

“Kelly’s strong strategy and organizational effectiveness background and her ability to drive results make her an excellent fit for Northwest Hospital,” says Brian White, president of Northwest. “As the health care sector changes rapidly, her passion for continuous improvement, growth and business development will serve Northwest and all of LifeBridge Health well.”

Previously, Corbi was the chief administrative officer at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, Md. She has also held leadership roles with UnitedHealth Group and HCR-ManorCare Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities.

Corbi received her MBA from Mount St. Mary’s University and B.S. degree from Penn State. She is in the current year’s class of Leadership Maryland, a diverse group of nominated and selected executives who meet regularly to discuss ideas and solutions affecting the state.
