A subsidiary of KBS Legacy Partners Apartment REIT, Inc. has closed on the purchase, according to City Biz Real Estate.
The Residence at Waterstone is under new ownership, according to a report by CityBiz Real Estate.
"A subsidiary of KBS Legacy Partners Apartment REIT, Inc. has closed on the $64.7 million purchase of The Residence at Waterstone in Pikesville, MD," the report states.
Kettler Management Inc. will manage the property, it states.

are located at 225 Galvariun Ct. in Pikesville. The property includes lighted tennis courts, a swimming pool and fitness center, according to its website.
