It's the Southwest Avocado Wedge side salad, available at Corner Bakery Cafe in Pikesville.
The salad's small, but the one I had was fresh and tasty. It's about $4.95, but can be combined with two other salad choices in the salad trio special.
Here's the menu description: "A quarter avocado topped with corn and tomato salsa and crispy tortilla strips, on a bed of jicama slaw."

Corner Bakery Cafe is located at 1809 Reisterstown Road, in the Festival at Woodholme shopping center. It's in the suite formerly occupied by Chicken Out, near LifeBridge Health & Fitness.
