The owner of The Pikes Diner plans some changes in the coming month, including renovations, reducing the size of the restaurant, and leasing out part of the space.
In mid-October, the restaurant will close for 10 days for renovations, and then will reopen, said Scott Reich, spokesman for The Pikes.
An advertisement leasing a minimum of 2,400 square feet was posted recently.
Lease space would include part of the first floor near Reisterstown Road, as well as space upstairs, he said.
