Mark Renbaum Takes Helm at Schwaber Holdings

Reisterstown resident is named chief executive officer of the Pikesville commercial and retail real estate company.

Schwaber Holdings, a Pikesville real estate firm, has named Mark Renbaum as its chief executive officer.

Renbaum was promoted from his post as advisor to Schwaber's board of directors, according to a news release from Schwaber.

For about the past year, he advised the board regarding the company's asset management and core revenue departments, the release states.

Previously, Renbaum was retail developer for St. John Properties, Inc., where he directed acquisition and development in the company's Mid-Atlantic region, the release states.

Renbaum, a Reisterstown resident, is a 1990 graduate of Pikesville High School, according to the press release. Renbaum earned his undergraduate degree at Emory University, and his law degree and master's degree in business administration from the University of Baltimore.

He's a member of the 's Real Estate Committee, is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and serves on the board of directors of the Dr. Michael Feinglass Cancer Foundation.

Schwaber Holdings was founded more than 80 years ago. The company's retail and commercial portfolio includes shopping centers in Timonium and Anneslie. It's located at 910 Reisterstown Road in Pikesville.
