Built in 2000, this colonial-style home sits on .21 acres, and is listed at $310,000, according to Williams' website. According to the listing, it's a huge price reduction. It has four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and one fireplace. An open house is set for 2:30-4:30 p.m. Sunday, April 10.
