Free Coffee Friday at 7-Elevens

Chain convenience stores celebrate 'CofFREE Day,' offering a free, large cup of coffee, while McDonald's free coffee offer continues.

Get a free, large cup of coffee on Friday, Sept. 28 at 7-Eleven stores.

The event, called CofFREE Day, lasts from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. at 7-Eleven stores throughout the U.S., according to a news release from 7-Eleven.

Don't forget, McDonald's restaurants are offering free cups of coffee—small size—through Sept. 29.

7-Eleven is supposed to be conducting an election poll determined by the color cup one chooses, red or blue, but these cups are not in evidence at my local store so I get the BROWN 12 ounce cup, appropriately so, I guess.

7-Eleven mentions that vote on their website ... imagine, going to a poll and your party's option is not available. haha.
