Corner Bakery Cafe opens July 2, and Jonathan Schwartz, Baltimore County's senior council assistant, will be on hand for the ribbon cutting.
The ceremony takes place from 8-9 a.m. at the new restaurant, Schwartz said.
The restaurant itself opens at 6 a.m., according to a source at the restaurants corporate headquarters in Chicago.

Also on opening day, the restaurant will offer a few giveaways, according to the release:
- Free travel mugs for the first 100 guests, including free coffee refills for one year
- Drawing for free grilled paninis for one year
