Chipotle Now Open in Pikesville

Store in Festival at Woodholme will serve burritos from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, beginning April 12. The company celebrates its 18th anniversary with contest, prizes.

Pikesville's newest restaurant, , opens to customers on April 12.

The burrito eatery is located in the Festival at Woodholme shopping center, 1809 Reisterstown Road, and is the fifth Chipotle in Baltimore County.

Its hours will be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Meanwhile, Chipotle, headquartered in Denver, celebrates its 18th anniversary with an online contest "Wrap What You Love."

"The online campaign also will raise money for the non-profit FamilyFarmed.org to support its programs that help family farmers bring more local food to market," the release states.

According to the release "Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE:CMG) offers a focused menu of burritos, tacos, burrito bowls (a burrito without the tortilla) and salads made from fresh, high-quality raw ingredients, prepared using classic cooking methods and served in a distinctive atmosphere."

Chipotle uses fresh ingredients that are "sustainably grown and naturally raised with respect for the animals, the land, and the farmers who produce the food. Chipotle opened its first restaurant in 1993 and operates over 1,100 restaurants today," it states.
