Chamber to Begin Luncheon Season with Southwest Airlines

The first of this season's educational meetings through the Pikesville Chamber of Commerce's education is set for Sept. 16 at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.

During the Pikesville Chamber of Commerce's first educational meeting Sept. 16, representatives from Southwest Airlines will discuss Southwest's merger with AirTran last year and how the merger affects Baltimore.

The meeting is set for noon to 2 p.m. Sept. 16 at in Pikesville.

Southwest Airlines representatives will be David Richardson, director of government affairs; and Dana Shapiro, station manager for BWI.

The next educational meeting will be held at noon Oct. 25 at in Owings Mills. Baltimore County Councilwoman Vicki Almond will be the guest speaker, and she will discuss what's happening in Pikesville.
