Fire in Manhole, Milford Mill Road at Reisterstown Road Blocked
Motorists could not access the Baltimore County Police Department's Pikesville Precinct, and the Maryland State Police forensics lab Tuesday afternoon, except through the Ralston Community.
Baltimore County police and fire went to the scene of a manhole fire at Milford Mill and Reisterstown roads, according to police.
Entry onto Milford Mill Road was blocked to motorists Tuesday afternoon, and so was travel eastbound on Milford Mill Road, just before the Maryland State Police forensics lab.
Pedestrians were seen walking in the area, and a worker from the plaza building brought bottled water out to first responders.
