The Beth Tfiloh Dahan Performing Arts Studio Offers Children Summer Theater

Children ages 8-14 can work on their performing skills this summer at The Beth Tfiloh Dahan Performing Arts Studio from July 23-Aug. 10. It will be taking place from 9:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday at Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School, 3300 Old Court Road in Pikesville. 

Beth Tfiloh Performing Arts Studio is a three-week program designed to enrich the performing arts student in all areas of theatrical production as well as a full performance of a musical production. Under the professional guidance of Beth Tfiloh Theatre Director, Diane M. Smith, who is the Studio Director, and Junior Director Brian Singer, Lower and Middle School children will enjoy workshops in improv, movement, vocal, acting, and makeup.

This popular summer children’s theatre program will culminate with the performance of the Broadway music, A Year With Frog and Toad in the Beth Tfiloh Rosen Arts Center/Mintzes Theatre on August 8 and 9 at 7 pm.

A few spots remain in each of our two performance studios! The program is open to the public. Beth Tfiloh students. All BT codes of conduct and dietary rules apply.
