A Monumental Occasion

Join the downtown Baltimore community at the 39th annual lighting of the Washington Monument. The fun-filled evening begins at 5:30 with pre-event festivities including choir performances, strolling performances and much more. The ceremony is set to begin at 7pm with the official lighting to be at 7:20pm. After the lighting of the monument the ceremony will be closed with fireworks choreographed to music.
