Weather Forecast: More Snow Headed to Pikesville

There could be less than an inch of snowfall Friday, and 1 - 3 inches Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.

Snow's on the way the next two days, with a storm likely to hit central Maryland late Friday night.

On Friday, there's a 60 percent chance of the wintry precipitation, according to the the National Weather Service's Pikesville forecast. About one-half of an inch could fall.

The high temperature Friday is expected to be 39 degrees, with a low of about 27 degrees.

A winter weather advisory is in effect beginning Friday morning, through Saturday for the Capitol region, including central Maryland.

On Saturday, there's a 90 percent chance of precipitation with 1 - 3 inches expected to occur before 4 p.m. A high of 36 degrees and a low of 27 degrees are forecasted.

Sunday should be mostly sunny with a high of 35 degrees, and a low of 21 degrees.
