Rain, Some Sun in Forecast for Tuesday

The forecast calls for fog in the morning, followed by rain and times of sunshine.

Tuesday afternoon could bring some sun, although above partly-cloudy skies.

According to the National Weather Service forecast for Garrison and the Pikesville area, there could be patches of fog overnight Monday, through 3 a.m. Tuesday.

There's a flash flood warning and a tornado watch in effect until midnight Tuesday, it states.

Rain showers could follow until about 2 p.m. Tuesday, when the sky will be partly sunny.

The high is expected to be 82 degrees with a low of 66 degrees, the forecast states.

The sky will be clear Wednesday during the day, when the high will be about 85 degrees. There's a possibility of thundertorms after 9 p.m.

At night, the low dips to 67 degrees and there's a 50 percent chance of rain.
