Capt. Mark Kelly, husband of the former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords, will speak Dec. 10 in Pikesville.
He will speak about courage and hope, an event sponsored by the Snyder Center for Aphasia Life Enhancement.
SCALE's Evening with Captain Mark Kelly begins at 6 p.m. with a VIP reception. The program begins at 7:30 p.m. There will be a book signing afterward.
