The kids' usual winter coats, hats and gloves will be all they'll need, as rain isn't expected until overnight, sometime before 3 a.m. Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service's forecast for Pikesville. The chance of precipitation is 80 percent, the NWS states.

That rain could turn to snow after 3 a.m., with less than 1/2 inch accumulation possible.
Expect a breezy Tuesday with some 36-mph gusts, accompanied by some sun, the forecast states. The cloudy conditions will stick around at night, when there will be a low of 17 degrees.
