There's a variety of events going on in Pikesville this weekend; everything from high tea at the senior center to addiction workshops at the JCC. And we've added some events from throughout the area, too.
Where/When: on Friday, April 29, at 1 p.m.
Why Go: Where were you when Charles and Diana got married? Come out and reminisce as you munch on scones and sip English tea.
Where/When: on Saturday, April 30, from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Why Go: Be sure to get there early and enjoy Bingo, a raffle, silent auction and other fun activities, all for a good cause: to help Baltimore's homeless cats. (Be sure to get your tickets in advance!)
Where/When: on Sunday, May 1, and Monday, May 2, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Why Go: Shop, eat and drink all at this fun event. Vendors such as Glam Girls, Just Me Music and Beads by Bonnie will be there. There will also be a flower farm to help you get your spring and summer gardens ready!

Where/When: on Sunday, May 1, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Why Go: Register in advance for this special event. If you or someone you love is suffering from an addiction, come to this event to learn more about treatment, the roles of family and sponsors in recovery and other topics. There will be special guests and workshops.
Where/When: on Sunday, May 1, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Why Go: Get all of your sensitive papers shredded for only $10! Everyone is allowed up to five boxes or bags of paper, so do your spring cleaning this week.
