JCS and JCC OFFER “GOOD GRIEF” FOR TEENS

Jewish Community Services and the Jewish Community Center are starting a project for teens ages 14-18 who are grieving the death of a loved one.   The group will start this winter, and will meet at the Rosenbloom Owings Mills JCC, 3506 Gwynnbrook Avenue.  There is no fee, but pre-registration is required.

Working together on a mosaic art project will give teens a creative outlet for their grief while they get support from each other and from a professional grief counselor.  The finished piece of art will be displayed at the JCC.  No previous artistic training or experience is necessary to participate.

For more information and to register, please call Jewish Community Services, 410-466-9200.  JCS and the JCC are agencies of THE ASSOCIATED:  Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore.
