Hoop Season Is Here - Have You Been Practicing?

Few quick basketball tips presented by Premier Basketball Camp.

1. Practice Dribbling - Pound the ball off fingertips w your head up.  (1 minute each hand)

2. Practice Dribbling on a Dirt Surface, therefore, you don't know where the ball will bounce. 

3. Practice Dribbling Two Balls at one time, and dribble both down the length of court and back (5 sets)

4. Always warm-up by doing form shooting w one hand right in front of basket. Make 10 on side, in front on other side.

5. Practice dribbling the length of the floor with head up and use change of pace. DO NOT GO THE SAME SPEED. MUST CHANGE IT UP.
