A wind advisory is in effect for the Pikesville area until Sunday morning, according to the National Weather Service.
According to the advisory, that covers the Baltimore/Washington D.C. metropolitan area, the most powerful gusts, from 25-35 mph, are expected to occur this evening.
The wind can make driving difficult, the Pikesville forecast states.
