A slice of vanilla cake with chocolate chunks was a special treat offered Thursday at no cost during lunchtime by Quarry Bagel & Cafe. The shop has free cake daily during lunchtimes—up until 3 p.m. closing.

Have lunch at Quarry Bagel & Cafe and you'll be treated to a free slice of cake.
On Thursday, staff brought a tray with two choices: vanilla cake with chocolate chunks, and chocolate cake with white icing.
It's offered daily, until the cafe closes at 3 p.m.
A rave is in order. The Panini Caprese—a tasty, hot sandwich filled with sliced tomato, fresh basil, thin slices of mozzarella and balsamic vinaigrette for $7.95—was simply delicious. And the cake was fresh and moist.
Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
