He will speak about courage and hope, an event sponsored by the Snyder Center for Aphasia Life Enhancement.
SCALE's Evening with Captain Mark Kelly begins at 6 p.m. with a VIP reception. The program begins at 7:30 p.m. There will be a book signing afterward.
The event will be held at Beth El Congregation, 8101 Park Heights Ave.
