Two teens were arrested Sunday after they were charged with assaulting a Pikesville adult with a knife and hammer.
Between 7 and 7:20 p.m. Sunday, a teen ran into his home in the 4600 block of Horizon Circle and told his father that he was being chased, according to a report by the Baltimore County Police Department.

More niglets who are past the training stage and are now practicing what they've learned from full-fledged chimps. Why do decent people allow these sub-humans to walk the streets?
